Don't vote away our children's freedom!

If Obama is elected:

Freedom of speech - gone, (see fairness doctrine)
Right to bear arms - gone, look at his illinois state senate record!
Right to life - not for unborn babies
Right to pursue happiness - not when he believes the government can spend your money
better than you can! "spread the wealth" that's your wealth he's talking about!

"The right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, not under president Obama!
We should be ashamed of ourselves for even letting a socialist like this, even get close to becoming president of this great country. We cannot allow this socialist to take away the freedoms that our parents, grandparents and ancestors have shed so much blood to attain and preserve. I fear our children and grandchildren will be fighting the tyranny of their own government, because of our poor decision in this election.
Do some research on these issues and see for yourself where Mr. Obama stands on them. Think about the future struggles of our children and grandchildren and the past struggles of our parents and grandparents and vote for freedom on tuesday. Remember John Mcain may not be a perfect candidate, especially for conservatives, but he believes in freedom and has paid a price to preserve it!
God Bless America!!

Hammer the Dems!!

This financial crisis is giving McCain and the republican party a golden opportunity to show the country how socialist policies, which are supported by democrats, don't work. It gives them a chance to show how corrupt the democrat party is. It gives them a chance to crush Barack Obama's candidacy, but what is our candidate doing? He's out there agreeing with them, saying that greed on wall street is to blame, now I know that it is partly to blame, but the main reason this has happened is the socialist policy of the community reinvestment act of 1977, implemented by Democrat Jimmy Carter, revised and expanded by Democrat Bill Clinton in 1995. This act has forced banks to grant low income mortgages with little or no money down to people that they knew would not be able to pay it back. We're hearing from the media and democrats that this all happened because of George Bush's deregulation of wall street and McCain is echoing that lie. In fact the Bush administration called for regulation of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in 2003, but DEMOCRATS opposed that regulation. McCain could also be hammering the fact that according to the washington post, Barack Obama is taking "advice on mortgage and housing policy" from the former Chief Executive of Fannie Mae, Franklin Raines who stepped down amidst a $6.3 billion accounting scandal. Now remember the federal government just took over Fannie Mae, a failed company run by the aforementioned Raines who left the company with over $50 million in payments. Speaking of Fannie Mae, the top 5 recipients of donations from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to their political campaigns from '89 to '08 are 1)Democrat Chris Dodd 2)Democrat John Kerry 3) Democrat Barack Obama, maybe McCain should bring that to light.
Why is John McCain not out there hammering the Democrats on these issues. Senator McCain says "now is not the time to affix blame", yes Senator, it is time to affix blame, right on the foreheads of democrats and Barack Obama if you want to win this election, remember just in case you forgot, you are running against the democrats!

The Enemy Within

How long are we going to allow this to continue? Environmentalist groups are attempting to strangle the life out of our great country! We need to engage the enemy in this war that has been declared on the U.S. by these leftist environmental groups who seek to send our society back a couple hundred years. From Alaska to the gulf of mexico environmental groups like the National Audubon Society, Greenpeace, the National Resources Defense Council and numerous others do their very best to stop this country from using it's own abundant sources of energy. They have stood in the way of our energy independence for more than 30 years now and I believe it is time to show them the door! These groups and groups like them have kept us from drilling for more domestic oil, building nuclear and clean coal power plants and expanding our ability to refine oil into gasoline. This is an attack on capitalism and the American way of life, and is a grave threat to our national security! It is time that we, the American people WAKE UP and take back our country! Oil is the fuel of freedom and we are letting groups like these along with dictators like Hugo Chavez in Venezuela and the Mullahs in Iran slowly close the pipeline of our freedom! I'm tired of the rhetoric that "we need to break our addiction to oil" no we don't! We need to break the stranglehold environmentalists have on us! Oil is the greatest god given resource on earth and we need to use it to further the advancement of freedom on the planet not stifle it. We have only scratched the surface of this great and abundant resource and we need to use our technology to make it even more efficient and clean. We can spread the uses of it and the freedoms that come with it to everyone on the planet. Contrary to Mr. Obama's idea that "we need to end the age of oil" I believe we need to jump into the age of oil whole heartedly and stop burning food in our gas tanks and instead use oil to ship that food to parts of the world that are starving! It's time we let Mr. Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and all the other anti-capitalist socialists in the house and senate know that WE WANT OUR ENERGY BACK!
So call your congressmen and senators and tell them to lift the ban on drilling and loosen the regulations on nuclear and coal power. It's time to get serious about our energy policy. Don't sit around crying and whining about the cost of gas or electricity, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

Huge crowd for Obama in Berlin, Why?

A crowd estimated at 200,000 people jammed into Tiergarten park in Berlin thursday, 50,000 or so American reporters I imagine, to hear what senator Obama had to say. Why did so many Germans come to see senator Obama? Could it have been to hear what he had to say about repairing the relationship between the United States and Europe, I know that sounds exciting but really 200,000 people? I wonder if the free concert performed by Raemmon and Patrice before Obama's speech had anything to do with the size of the crowd? Raemmon is a German rock band well known all over Europe and Patrice is a reggae star. This is just a guess but I'm willing to bet there was some beer at this event also, now I'm no Obama supporter but I may have showed up for that "speech". Would anyone like to bet on which network will report this free concert just as it is always reported that Cheney and Bush were speaking in front of a friendly crowd, i.e. the military or the NRA or "Big Oil". I'm pretty sure we won't hear anything about Obama's "friendly crowd" on the networks.

Should Conservatives Stay Home?

Many conservatives have threatened to stay home in the November election to punish the republican party for not nominating a candidate who is conservative enough. The question I have is not whether John Mccain is conservative enough, but whether we can afford an Obama presidency.
A few of the key issues are the possible appointment of two supreme court justices, making the Bush tax cuts permanent, the Iraq and Afghan wars and the threat of national health care being implemented. After an Obama presidency we could be left with two extremely liberal justices. We could be left with the Bush tax cuts being left to expire, which would lead to the biggest tax hike in american history. We could be left with our troops being pulled out of Iraq when we are so close to victory, leaving the deaths of our brave troops to go for naught and we could be left with the implementation of a government run health care system that would destroy the greatest healthcare system in the world. Sitting this election out will serve only to shoot ourselves in the foot. Our hand is being forced, we must support Mccain. We must also support conservatives at the local level. The reason the "conservative movement" is faltering is that we don't have enough conservatives moving up through the ranks from the local to the national level. We need to regain control of the house and senate, and eventually the presidency, when we get the chance.
Should conservatives stay home in November? Absolutely not, on the contrary, we need to come out in full force. We need the appointment of these justices to go our way, that alone may be enough to support Mccain, so keep the faith, suck it up and vote Mccain in November, if not only to stop the onslaught of liberalism in our government and institutions.

Obama "little doubt" we're in a recession

Mr. Obama says there is "little doubt we've moved into a recession at this point." Now I'm not saying the economy is in great shape, but we are not in a recession. That is according to the widespread definition of a recession, which is a decline in GDP for two consecutive quarters. In the 1st quarter of 2008 GDP grew by 1%, so I would say Mr. Obama is a little premature in saying we've moved into a recession. Maybe he just doesn't know what a recession is or maybe he's trying to mislead the american public into believing president Bush's economic policies are no good.
I think that the fact that oil prices closing in on $150 a barrel and gas prices over $4 a gallon and our economy still growing, all be it slow, shows that the presidents economic plan has the U.S. on solid footing. Mr. Obama says "the sooner we get money into people's pockets, the sooner we are going to get our fundamentals right."
If this is the case why doesn't he support making the Bush tax cuts permanent, and don't give me this bologna that it's "only a tax cut for the rich." Combined with my wife we make about $50,ooo a year, owning a house and having 3 children, the Bush tax cuts have helped us immensely. Now if we could only get New York state to cut taxes we would be in good shape.
Mr. Obama also says we should "get serious about creating an energy policy that will create greater energy efficiency over the next decade or so." Yet he doesn't support offshore drilling or drilling in anwar . Wouldn't those 2 things help to create more energy efficiency over the next decade? He supports ethanol from products such as corn. When we have an abundance of oil in the world and in our own country, why should we burn food in our cars instead of feeding the world with it. We need to put more oil on the market and develop cars that use less gas and more electricity, which means we need to produce more coal, natural gas and nuclear to produce more electricity.
It is time we, the american people take our country back from the environmentalists who are stopping us from using our own natural resources. With the technology we have we can have energy independence and protect our environment.
